Who works, how fast they answer and how players rate them.
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
On duty | Time on duty in the period |
Reports | Reports they claimed and closed |
First answer | Average time from a report being opened to the first claim or answer |
Rating | Average player rating (1–5) of their closed reports |
Actions | Everything they did, from the audit log |
Score | One number for the leaderboard: duty time, reports (faster and better rated count more) and actions |
