Reports & ratings

Players contact staff with /report and rate the help afterwards.

  • Players open the report window with /report (or the command in Config.Menu.reportCommand).
  • Staff are notified in-game and on the web, claim the report and chat with the player live.
  • Attach a screenshot or a replay of the reporter straight from the report.
  • When a claimed report is closed the player is asked to rate the help (1–5 stars). Ratings appear in Staff performance.
