Troubleshooting
The messages you may see and what to do.
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
Cloud: activation failed - panel unreachable | The server cannot reach the panel. Check that outgoing HTTPS is allowed, then restart LyraAdmin. |
No access to <server> (web panel) | Add the account’s Discord or email in-game: Staff → Web panel. The console logs who was refused and why. |
Discord slash commands not active | Set up the bot (token, guild, Members Intent) and activate the web panel; it retries on every start. |
FiveM did not give the game picture to the recorder | Update the FiveM client / game build; replays are turned off for that player meanwhile. |
Replay: a replay of this player is already being sent | Wait for the current one; a stuck request is replaced automatically after 30 seconds. |
Menu does not open | You need a rank: add your license to Config.Owners or use lyra_admin setgroup. |
