Buying & renting
How players buy a store or rent it by the day or month.
Every store without an owner can be visited as a normal shop. Its shopkeeper also offers Buy or Rent, depending on how staff created it.
Buying
The player pays the store price from Config.Money and owns the store until staff transfer or delete it.
Renting
- The player picks days or months and the duration.
- The total cost is shown (daily rent × days; a month counts as 30 days).
- After they confirm, the store is theirs until the rent runs out.
The owner sees the time left in Store Management → Rental Status and can press Renew to add more time.
When a rent expires, the store resets: products, categories, employees, safe and truck points are cleared. The store balance is paid back to the owner, even if they are offline.
Frozen stores
Staff can freeze a store from the admin panel. A frozen store loses its blip and cannot be bought or rented until it is activated again.
